मुजफ्फरपुर में रैली को संबोधित करते हुए राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि देश में कहीं भी जाता हूं बिहार का युवा मुझे मिलते हैं. आपने दिल्ली, गुजरात और मुंबई को बनाया. देश को छोड़िए, दुनिया के कई दूसरे देशों में आपने विकास में भूमिका निभाई, लेकिन बिहार में आपको काम नहीं मिल रहा. 20 साल से नीतीश सरकार चला रही है, नीतीश कुमार का रिपोर्ट कंट्रोल बीजेपी के हाथ में है. अपने को अतिपिछड़ा कहते हैं, इन्होंने समाज के कमजोर वर्ग के लिए आखिर 20 साल में क्या किया? वोट चोरी के खिलाफ मैंने बिहार की यात्रा की, आप किसी से कम नहीं नजर आए, ये प्रदेश सबसे आगे जा सकता है.

Addressing a rally in Muzaffarpur, Rahul Gandhi said, "Wherever I go in the country, I meet the youth of Bihar. You built Delhi, Gujarat, and Mumbai. Forget the country, you played a role in the development of many other countries around the world, but you can't find work in Bihar. Nitish Kumar has been in power for 20 years, and the BJP controls Nitish Kumar's report. He calls himself extremely backward, but what has he done for the weaker sections of society in 20 years? I traveled to Bihar to protest against vote theft. You appeared no less than anyone; this state can go further."
