My 3rd muscle snatch workout. After making 166 workout videos in 166 days, I almost felt like quitting Youtube on this day. I looked at the Youtube analytics and got kind of disappointed that the amount of views on my channel was nearly the lowest it's ever been. Anyway, I'm not done yet. I think it's better to mostly ignore the analytics since I have only been existing on Youtube in person for about 5 and a half months. Anyway, I'm learning to stop caring about views and external validation, and from now on I just want to enjoy what I'm doing, regardless of external factors.

This is a list of all of the equipment that I'm currently using :
1. Height Adjustable Flat Bench, 2. Multigrip Bar (weight - 11kg with locks) (recently I weighed the bar properly and it is closer to 11 kg than 12 kg which was the bar's advertised weight), 3. Pair of Dumbbell Bars (weight - 2.5 kg per bar with locks), 4. Rubber Coated Tri-grip Plates - 12 x 5 kg, 4 x 2.5 kg, 4 x 1.25 kg, 5. 3 pairs of resistance bands - the heaviest one I have (orange), moderate resistance (black), light/moderate resistance (green) & 1 pair of resistance band hooks, 6. 2 power twisters - 60kg & 80kg, 7. gym stick, 8. ab wheel, 9. 4 yoga blocks, 10. hand grip rings, 11. Kettle weights - 2 x 4 kg & 2 x 10 kg, 12. 10 kg barbell, 13. Plastic coated cement filled plates - 4 x 15 kg, 4 x 5 kg, 4 x 2.5 kg, 14. Various cushions and rugs for supine resistance training.
