I'm writing a business plan for a new Steakhouse. I have included all of the context of what I know about the business down below. Produce a recommended detailed outline for the business plan.

Consider ALL of the details provided to produce comprehensive and variety in each section. and DO NOT HALLUCINATE or make up anything that isn't true. Creative gap filling is okay to make sure the business plan reads well and is not too short. I'd like each major section to be more than 500 words and as long as necessary.
