Easy CNC Spoil Board Upgrade | Shapeoko XXL

Welcome back, today I upgrading my CNC spoil board to allow access the the t-slot for better clamping options.

I started to cut down some 30"x 4" and 5" boards from a large piece of MDF stock and CNC'd the holes to mount these boards to the extruded T-slot. This T-slot system offers incredible versatility and stability, allowing for various clamping needs and reducing flexing.

Now, why did I choose a T-slot system over my old setup? It's a game-changer, offering unmatched versatility and stability. With the T-slot, I can accommodate different clamping needs for various projects and ensure precise cuts with less vibration. It's like having a rock-solid foundation for your CNC.
