3. New Business
A. The Council will consider a Special Event Request from Discover Fortville to host Winterfest ‘25 on Saturday, December 6th, 2025. Stacy Molander will present.

B. The Council will consider the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-11A, a Rezone of approximately 45.15 acres (Wilson Property) between 200 West and Fortville Pike, north of Fortville Elementary School, from R3.5 to PUD for the proposed Vernon Woods neighborhood by M/I Homes. Public Hearing scheduled for the Plan Commission on Tuesday, November 25, at 6:30 pm. Adam Zaklikowski will present.

C. The Council will consider the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-11B, the 2026 Salary Ordinance. Joe Renner will present.
