Ever since I was a wee lil' boy I wanted to visit a spot in Newfoundland called L'Anse Aux Meadows, Newfoundland. Looking back now, I am not sure why but I think it was the idea of sleeping inside a hill that intrigued me. L'Anse Aux Meadows Historic Site is where the VIkings arrived in North America and has tons of history to it.
