In this video I show you guys what you need, to put your own system together.

This video also includes all exercices I do for now to warm up, mobilise and strenghten the shoulders before I jump into my straps (ring gymnastics) training.
●
This amazing system gives anyone the oppurtunity from beginner to pro atheletes to train with their own body weight, especially if you come out off an injury period. In this way it's super easy to build up your strenght. Because of the pulleys it actually devides your own body weight. Which makes it more safe to make your comeback or become stronger.

Gymnastics Dream Machine list:
2 Wood or Steel rings
2 ropes of 1m85 (minimum)
2 loop straps or loop slings of 20-30cm
1 belt (if possible to find, a belt with possibility to add weight and to attacht yourself on the system obviously)
4 carabiners, 2 carabiners to attach on the sling on each ring and 2 other carabiners to attach yourself to the belt
2 pulleys with small swivel on top, giving the possibility to twist
2 truck straps to attach the system on a truss or bar outside or in a gym
