Sorry for the bugs with missing ledger lines/extended note stems - Musescore doesn't allow for 2-hand arpeggios, so I had to put the full arpeggio in LH and hide the shared notes with RH. Musescore export of this caused these issues, and I didn't realize until after posting this video.
