in this vlog i forced myself to get out of bed after feeling unproductive and lazy all morning. i start my day off with healthy habits like making my bed, journaling, doing a cold shower, and my skincare routine. i also run some errands that i've been procrastinating on, go grocery shopping, workout at the gym & do some much needed self care! i also give a little bit of advice on how to stay motivated & disciplined with your healthy & productive habits. i hope this video inspires you to do one productive thing today, love you!! 😚
