Red biotechnology is developed for medical application: prevention, diagnosis and treatment of various human diseases.
Biopharmaceuticals are bioactive molecules that can be used for prevention or treatment, and include protein-based drugs, nucleic acid-based gene therapy and cell therapy.
In this lecture, core technology of biopharmaceuticals and its application will be covered.
