I've used ASMR videos for a year now to help me sleep and so I wanted to have a go at making one myself. So I hope you excuse any mistakes I made, I'm learning!

I have a lot of admiration for experienced ASMRtists who are able to make 40 minute videos without skipping a beat. I will hopefully get to that point one day too, but in the meantime I hope you can bear with me and my dissolving screens ^_^

What is ASMR?
