1 can condensed milk
1 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick unsalted butter

Dough Ingredients
2 cups of all purpose flour (you can add while kneading)
1 Tbsp of active yeast
1 - 2 cups of whole milk
1/3 cup of sugar
