1) 76 Granville Avenue (Parcel ID#104 712 208) and Granville Place (no #) (Parcel ID
104 712 206) (proposed combined development site)/Permit Application # CMID059793-2023/§12.28.010(D)(1)/To allow reconstruction, extension & structural change of
preexisting nonconforming property/use in Residence A zoning district/To construct a new
four-family dwelling.
2) 211-213 Main Street (Parcel ID #077 375 503) Permit Application # CMID-061492-
2023)/§§12.28.130 and 12.28.010(D)/To allow ledge removal and alteration of grade;
multifamily residential dwelling use, up to three stories inclusive, in Residence A zoning
district; and Inclusionary Development/To construct a multifamily dwelling with three
stories and twenty Affordable Housing Units.
