Raw Banana Kofta Curry Recipe : Super soft mouth melting Banana Kofta balls dipped in spicy and tangy flavouful gravy . Must try this new way of making delicious Banana Kofta curry ( Kancha kadali Kofta ) at home. Do serve this flavourful gravy with Plain Rice, Pulao, Jeera rice, roti, Pratha etc. Enjoy :)

Ingredients :
1. Raw Banana - 4 pcs
2. Tomato - 3 ( medium )
3. Onion - 2 ( medium )
4. Ginger - 2 inch
5. Garlic - 12 cloves
6. Dry Red Chilli - 1 ( optional )
7. Green Chilli - 3 nos.
8. Crushed Ginger 2 inch
9. Chopped Green Chilli - 2
10. Chopped Onion - 1 ( medium )
11. Chopped Coriander leaves
12. Gram Flour - 1 cup ( or 8 tbs ) or as required
13. Carom seeds ( Ajwain / Juani ) - 1 tsp
14. Dry Fenugreek leaves ( kasuri Methi ) - 1 tsp
15. Turmeric powder
16. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
17. Garam Masala
18. Meat Masala ( Optional )
19. Bay leaf - 1
20 . Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
21. Whole Spices ( Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch + Green Cardamom - 2 + Clove - 2 + Saunf - 1 tsp ) , Must add for wonderful aroma and flavour
22. Clarified Butter ( Ghee ) - 1 tbsp
23. Asafoetida ( Hing / Hengu ) - 1 pinch
24. Salt to taste
25. Oil to Fry
