How to ace your first whiteboard challenge for product design (remote or in-person)

Sharing with you my go-to-formula on a digital whiteboard. I have taught this in my product design workshops. I've honed my whiteboarding through practicing with various mentors, researching, and even through directors I've interviewed with.
