A lot of people just spend a lot of time at the beginning of their Ecom journey setting up their store and then leaving it at that.

They spend all this time learning, researching and then building their store. Then once they’re happy with it, they just then focus on traffic.

This is not good.

You shouldn't follow your Ecom store journey in these stages. You should constantly be optimizing and improving your website. Get your store built with best practices, but then you need to focus on improving it, again and again

Why do you need to do this? Why do we need to optimize?

And yes, it will be so much better to make all these changes and build an Ecom store like this than if you didn’t. BUT the huge growth, the huge profits, and the huge conversion rate increases for your store come when you make changes based on data.

Make an improvement. Test it with the old one. Make a new improvement. Then test it again with the previous page.
