Vail 2020 - A ski accident and rescue in Vail (COLORADO Dec 09th)

One of us had a ski accident due for a lack of experience on moguls that led to a lost of control. Fortunately there was more fear than harm, the injury was not critical, it was necessary to apply ice cubes first to calm the pain, relief ointment, massage then after that rest, massage and rehabilitation.


The people who were skiing around were also very responsive and very open to helping. Also the Vail ski resort rescue team was very good (professionalism and efficiency) in responding very quickly to the call, diagnosing the condition of the injured, helping to bring the injured back down to the village. The hospitalization wasn't necessary, we had to help the injured by walking to the car, the parking is really far (a wheelchair available would be appreciated for the case).
