Morecambe is a seaside town in the North West of England.
It was a thriving seaside resort in the mid-20th century, being home to the largest Pontins resort in the country.
However, tourism declined in the latter half of the century, but there is new hope with the proposed "Eden Project Morecambe" biodomes due to be built in 2027.
