A quick look at the Plaza Premium lounge in Singapore's Changi Airport in Terminal 1. A pay-per-use lounge, anyone can access it a few hours for a fee. I can't remember what I paid, but I felt it was on the pricier side considering what was on offer. I got a 6-hour booking, and I'm pretty sure I paid more than 100 bucks for it.
