Atisha Dipamkara Shrijnana (982–1054) was a master of wisdom and compassion whose influence reshaped Tibetan Buddhism. Invited to Tibet, he composed the Lamp for the Path to Enlightenment, a concise and profound map of the stages of awakening. This work sparked a renaissance of Buddhist thought and practice, establishing the framework later known as the Lamrim tradition. His life was a bridge between cultures, his teachings a beacon that continues to guide seekers across centuries.
