🐟 Ingredients
1 large catfish (cleaned & cut)
flour
black pepper, Paprika, garlic powder, and salt
Oil for frying
👩🏽🍳 Method
Clean fish with hot water to remove slime.
Mix flour with spices and coat fish pieces.
Heat oil on medium and fry fish till golden brown on both sides.
Drain excess oil on tissue or paper towel.
Serve
