The third attemt went as wrong as the two others did before. The device came from RIGOL Germany direct and was considered to be "tested".
I think the test was the same way qualified like the planning of germanys capital - airport in Berlin.
So, i think this equipment is trash, and not worth the postage to send it back. Such a product should at least run as reliable like a school calculator is supposed to do - not better but of cause not worse.
