Fuecoco curry recipie

1 yellow onion
1/2 carrot or one medium carrot
3 mini potatos (non russet)
1 clove garlic
1/2 tbs ginger shredded
1/2 lb (typically two) chicken thigh boneless skinless
1 tsp veggie oil
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 package Japanese curry roux
1 tsp spicy ketchup
1 tsb soy sauce
1 small squeeze of honey
1/4 apple finely shredded
2 chillie peppers
1 healthy splash of ghost pepper sauce
