I’ll have homemaking and cleaning motivation for all those stay at home moms but this video is perfect for anyone who just needs to GET IT ALL DONE! RECIPES FROM TODAY’S VIDEO:
+Chicken Dinner
Ingredients: Chicken breast (2-3), green beans, small red potatoes, chicken stock (or butter cut up), and onion soup mix.
Directions: Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker on low for 6 hours-enjoy!

+Protein muffins
Ingredients: 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 cups of Kodiak pancake mix, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup unsweet apple sauce, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, chocolate chips of choice (I measure those with my heart)
Directions: Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a muffin or mini muffin pan. Cook at 350 degrees. The time will vary depending on the pan. My mini muffins took about 9 minutes to cook. These are SO GOOD!
