My Steam Boiler Keeps Losing Water

So I received an email from a customer who used me for a toilet repair about a year ago. This was in the subject line. Subject: "Automatic Water Feeder on Steam Boiler Turns On Every Ten Minutes Even in July". It was a long-drawn-out e-mail detailing what she was experiencing, but it wasn't until she said she called another local company that came in and sold her a NEW automatic water feeder for $3000.00 plus sales tax. YOU GOT MY ATTENTION! By the way, the new feeder also cycles every ten minutes. Who does this to people? Watch the video friends!
