Fire trucks from the US Air Force, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire respond to a forest fire in Barton Mills near Mildenhall, Suffolk, UK. Additionally, other emergency vehicles are seen responding with siren and lights through the busy roundabout.
In this video we mostly see Water Carriers shuttling water to and from the scene a day after the original fire broke out. Featuring 35 Whiskey 7 from Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, Tanker 14 from the RAF Lakenheath Fire Department (US Air Force) and Charlie 24 Whiskey 7 from Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The US Air Force operate multiple fire trucks from stations at RAF Mildenhall, Lakenheath and Feltwell in England. They provide mutual aid to surrounding agencies when requested and are often busy with forest fires in the summer months.
