On my second visit to Vienna in early November 2025, I revisited places that have stayed with me for years and discovered a few new ones along the way. From the colorful, whimsical world of Hundertwasser to peaceful walks through the city’s green spaces, this trip was a reminder of why Vienna continues to inspire me.
I explored the Hundertwasser House and Museum, wandered through Stadtpark past the golden Johann Strauss statue, and followed a local recommendation to the Belvedere Palace, where seeing Gustav Klimt’s paintings up close was an unforgettable experience.
I ended the day with an immersive light show at the Votive Church, enjoyed the magic of the Christmas market by St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and, of course, treated myself to the famous Kaiserschmarrn at Demel.
A short but rich journey filled with art, architecture, music, and quiet moments and the perfect way to say goodbye before heading off again under cloudy skies.
