In this session, you will learn about the function of instructional design models in planning, organizing and delivering content to achieve the learning objectives. My discussion focuses on Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction which highlights the importance of systematic instruction following nine steps!

The proponent, Robert Gagne emphasizes conditions of learning (diversity of learners) as basis of teaching methods and strategies. The teachers must learn how to tailor-fit instruction to the different styles of learners.

This session is helpful to practicing teachers and even pre-service teachers, equipping them with a framework in developing effective educational experiences and instructional materials.
