No need to be flexible to Soul-Slide

Hello,
I am getting messages all the time from people saying that they are not flexible enough to do the soul slide.
Let me show you that it's not true.
Maybe you're not flexible enough — but you know that flexibility can be improved at any age, and you can become almost as flexible as you were as a baby.
It will take you more time, more effort — but you can do that.
But lets go now to what I'am talking about — that you're not flexible enough to do the soul slide because what you're trying to do is bring your foot like that.
You see? You're trying to do this movement — you're trying to do this movement like a soul slide in aggressive skating — and that's why you can't slide.
The goal in soul slide — in every slide, but especially in the soul slide when you don't have enough flexibility — is to push sideways.
Let me show you what I mean.
Look how it stops me — sitting low.
Look — the right leg is going sideways, and it’s enough to stop me.
It's not this movement ,again.
I don't need to be in this position — this requires lots of flexibility.
I'll probably get a high side if I do it at high speed and crash my nose.
So again — sit as low as you can, bend your knee, apply as much edge as you can, and kick sideways.
And this will stop you.
No need to be flexible for that.
