I also discuss the background of the models including build dates and numbers and chat about Wrenn in general.
G & R Wrenn was a toy company (founded 1950) that produced model railways from at their factory at Bowlers Croft in Basildon Essex. If you have any interest in Wrenn model railways I would recommend the excellent series of books "The Story Of Wrenn From Binns Road To Basildon" written by Maurice Gunter which are available via the Wrenn Galore store on ebay. #modelrailways #wrenn #modeltrains
