Client: Sourced Group an Amdocs Company

Client brief: Sourced Group is hosting a digital banking event with a C-level audience in Singapore. They have invited panel speakers to share their best practices and learnings when building and launching digital banking platforms in ASEAN.

They need a high-quality event highlights video to be shared on their social media platform.

Our approach:
We conducted a site visit with our clients to understand more about the location, their event flow, and key communication objectives.

While it was held indoors, the timing of the event spanned across the evening (golden hour) and into the night. We tracked the pathways of the sunset and worked out potential locations for the filming of the interviews and identified potential issues that could impact our filming, including advising the client on lighting and the placement of our cameras.

The gear we selected for the job (cameras and lenses) had to deliver under low light conditions while delivering a cinematic quality to reflect the branding of Sourced Group.

Attention to audio quality was a key part of our planning process, especially in an event setting where guests would be mingling and interacting.

The edit of the video was done in our post-production studio, where we worked with our clients on curating the key segments of the event via a remote collaboration and review tool. The whole process included curating an appropriate music track, audio mix and colour grading.
