In this video I transform a top by removing the sleeves and adding bias binding to make some straps, This is my daughters top but she really didn't like the sleeves on the top but the fabric is beautiful that she didn't want to get rid of it.... the answer was simple remove the sleeves and put straps on, such a quick and easy fix.
