Here’s a sample warmup I would give to a lifter before hopping under the bar for a squat or deadlift workout!
The warmup is as follows:
A1) Shin Box Getup 1x5e
A2) SL RDL + Airplane 1x5e
A3) Lateral Squat 1x5e
A4) Copenhagen Plank 1x5 breaths/e
A5) Walking Lunges 1x5e
