Join me for a 15 minute Mandala Flow sequence where we will be sending a lot of love to our hips. There is a common saying that states that we carry a lot of emotion in our hips (whether that is true or not), many of us feel a deep sense of release when we open our hip flexors. Whether you struggle with them or love them deeply, come and join me in this session to simply let go and unwind. You won't regret it.
Mandala Vinyasa Yoga is a fun and dynamic practice where we move in a circular fashion around the mat. Each practice targets a specific area of the body, which relate to a corresponding energetic centre in our bodies, as we softly flow through a sequence of poses rhythm of the breath.
This class is suitable for all levels, but prior experience of yoga may help.
