I've made the little "side-street" video as an off shoot of Episode 14: Shadow Work in my Comprehending Consciousness series for anyone who is ready to dive deeper into the topic.

Please keep in mind esoteric knowledge requires an open mind, an ability to hold comparisons and construct thought perceptions around things that maybe you do not align with 100% but value the information because you see worth added to the whole picture through that alternate viewpoint. It's a difficult space to hold and triggers lots of fanatics, negative entities and shadow aspects.

It's my hope that through exposing some of these workings and highlighting the uses and benefits, it may help the collective brighten up a bit!
