The Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability (CPCC) celebrates its 15th anniversary as the Brussels based Headquarters for all EU civilian crisis management missions.
Eleven EU crisis management missions operate currently under the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Over 2,000 women and men serve outside the EU, supporting partner countries to provide security and the rule of law on their own territory. Through their commitment, talent, expertise and diversity, they contribute to international stability and security abroad, making a direct contribution to the Union’s security. They are our people, our core capability.
