The TSP at Spadina & Harbord is currenty set up for green extensions in Walk, but due to the 18 s Flashing Don't Walk along Spadina, that produces suboptimal TSP performance.
It would be better to just use 16s of Green / Solid Don't Walk extension, since that avoids the unpredicability of the stop for southbound streetcars and enables northbound streetcars to make full use of the short distance from the previous intersection.
