To note: For each of the steps that require you to enter a code, you MUST then progress through the dungeon in the one instance. Additionally, for the final steps (Control Chamber and Open the Door), these MUST all be done in the one instance. You MUST enter the code to enter the control chamber, and you MUST then interact with the control chamber before defeating the final boss. You cannot just load a checkpoint to the final boss like the previous steps allowed you to, as I found out the hard way after getting error coded out (and also why this is over an hour later than it should've been).
