Silk Sonic is the new project of US super stars Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak and is a huge homage to the music of the 60's and 70's.
Recreating their drum sound also means recreating the iconic R'n'B sound of the 70's and that's why we also brought in some vintage equipment. An old Ludwig drumkit, a 60's Acrolite snare and some Zildjian cymbals suit this music perfectly.
