During a discussion on Newsfile, Susan Adu-Amankwah responded firmly when asked whether non-Catholic students should be provided with a mosque on campus.
She argued that Catholic schools are established with a clear identity and should not be required to build mosques, even while allowing non-Catholic students to use available spaces for worship.
The exchange followed a question from Samson Lardy Anyenini on religious accommodation in mission schools.
