24 Hours With Thrustmaster T300 RS Gt: Gaming Bliss After Switching From Logitech G29!

I've just updated my four year old Logitech G29 wheel and peddle set, to a new Thrustmaster T300 RS GT Edition. In this video, I give my early initial thoughts during the first 24 hours with the Thrustmaster setup, and try it out on three of my favourite sims, Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC), Automobilista 2 (AMS2) and the original Assetto Corsa. I will make this the first of a T300 RS GT Playlist, posting regular videos as I tune it into each of the popular driving sims.

I am a retired old man, who has been playing driving sims since the 1980's.

After retiring, I decided to teach myself about video editing (which is still an ongoing process!) so decided to combine this new hobby with my love of sim racing...and create this YouTube channel.

I am also a lifelong photographer - as well as enjoying shooting landscapes, street photography, and panoramic photography, I shot Formula One extensively from the late 90's to around 2012, at various circuits around the world.

I won the Canon 2001 Photography Competition run by the McLaren F1 Team for a shot I took of David Coulthard at the 2000 British Grand Prix.

My favourite racing sims are Assetto Corsa, Automobilista 2 (AMS2), Gran Turismo 7, rFactor 2, Dirt Rally 2, RaceRoom and the official F1 sims. I'll try pretty much any new sim that comes out.
