LEGO Batman 2 DC Super Heroes 100% walkthrough of level 12 'The Next President'. This game is available on the Wii U, Xbox 360 and PS3. This video shows the location of every minikit in The Next President Below are the times when I collect each minikit and save the citizen in peril. The Super Hero stud requirement for The Next President is 55,000 studs. In order to get all of the minikits on this level, you'll need Lex Luthor.

01:05 - Minikit #1 Use the sensor suit and become invisible. Enter the security cage to get a minikit.
01:40 - Minikit #2 Use the Batsuit and shatter three glass windows around the city hall building (#1 - 01:16, #2 - 01:20, #3 - 01:40)
02:12 - Minikit #3 Use the deconstructor on the front of the news van and then use Green Lantern to build the bricks.
03:00 - Minikit #4 Freeze the water and climb up the wall. Hidden between the statues legs is the 4th minikit.
04:11 - Minikit #5 Fly up to the clock atop the building and use Cyborg to turn the clock hands.
04:25 - Minikit #6 Just below the clock tower, drop down and use Lex Luthor's Deconstructor to get a minikit.
