INGREDIENTS
320 gms ready rolled puff pastry
1 egg for egg wash
For the filling
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp butter
2 onions, finely chopped
handful of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 boiled potatoes, grated
pinch of black pepper
pinch of chilli flakes
1 tbsp rose harissa
150 gms grated cheddar cheese
100 gms bread crumbs
