Painless Intraosseous Anesthesia

Teenager 18 years wants an appointment to solve the problems of the left side before her exams for the university. She wants to finish her treatment in one appointment. Class I direct composite restorations #25, #37.
We used intraosseous anaesthesia with QuickSleeper device. The video describes the two steps of intraosseous anaesthesia. First step involves the attached gingiva and second step the perforation, in order to get close to the apex. (Third step is always the injection of anesthetic solution).
In the case presented we used for upper premolar ,the point between second premolar and molar and for lower molar, the point between first and second lower molar. For each anaesthesia we used 1/2 of Articaine 1:100.000 and one cycle of rotation was performed.
One of the major advantages of intraosseous anaesthesia is the better management of our appointments, as there is no postoperative numbness .
