Celebrating the 45th anniversary of The Donna Summer Special with the special and a rarely seen blooper reel that was used in the 2023 HBO documentary, “Love To Love You, Donna Summer”. This special was Donna Summer’s first solo TV special that showcased her talents and featured some of her biggest hits (performed live) including Dim All The Lights, On The Radio, Hot Stuff, Bad Girls, Last Dance & many more! Special guests include Robert Guillaume, Twiggy Lawson, Pat Ast, Debralee Scott and Donna’s first born daughter Mimi. This special premiered on ABC back on January 27, 1980 at 10 PM and to relive that moment, this will be premiering on January 27, 2025 at 10 PM.
