The most popular route to Mangalore from Bengaluru still happens to be via the Shiradi ghat. However, I’d also heard of some extensive highway widening work along the route. So, on my return journey from Kudla, I thought I’d check the situation for myself. And to hedge my bets, I also planned a couple of delicious stops along the way. For a very special tea, coffee, and a classic vegetarian dish inspired by the omelet, and also a simple, homely biryani. Hope you enjoy this drive vlog.
