This is week 17 of my road to full planche. HS negatives are feeling better and better, I might start doing sets of 1 HSPUs soon. As for the bicep pain, it's still there. + Ramadan is also coming to an end, so my training intensity will probably increase as well because I can't train as hard when I'm fasting. So yeah, let's see
