Started at around 158 and now I'm 161. Yes I'd been uncomfortable and bizarre to feel so constipated. Hopefully my switch to warm lemon water in the morning and eating more kiwis will help. So far I'm feeling like I need industrial strength laxatives though. Going to try metamucil and then hopefully I'll start to lose weight. I did notice that one of my pants completely fell off of me when I was walking so that's a good sign I guess?
