The Sunder Nursery Delhi is a vast green space offering beautiful landscaped grounds, gardens, a nursery & a historic tomb of 16th Century. It is located in Nizamuddin, New Delhi, India.

It was originally known as Azim Bagh and built by the Mughals in the 16th century. It is spread over 90 acres (36 Hectore) and is located besides the World Heritage Site of Humayun's Tomb on the South and the historic Purana Qila on the North.

The nursery is home to over 300 species of trees and plants, 80 species of birds and 36 species of butterfly. It is a popular spot for picnics, birdwatching, and nature walks.

There are multiple monuments including: Sunderwala Burj, Lakkarwala Burj, Sunderwala Mahal and other monuments in dilapidated conditions.

Here are some of the things you can do at Sunder Nursery:

Explore the landscaped gardens, which include a variety of themed gardens, such as the Rose Garden and the Butterfly Garden.
Visit the historic tomb of Mirza Azim Khan, which is located in the center of the nursery.
Take a walk or bike ride on the many paths that wind through the nursery.
Have a family picnic with family and friends on the lawn or in one of the many pavilions.
Adventurous Children park for your kids
Visit the nursery shop to buy plants, flowers, and souvenirs.
Attend one of the many events that are held at the nursery throughout the year, such as concerts, workshops, and educational programs.

Sunder Nursery is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day. Last entry is 9.30 pm

Rs.50 for Indian
Rs.200 for Foreginers
Rs.25 for children and senior citizens

Parking Charges:

Rs.35 for Two wheelers and Rs.100 for Car Parking.
