[Hollow Knight] Speedrun - Low% (NMG) in

My first try in Low% category speedrun, this speedrun process is really hard, it must be completed with 11% completion. So don't like Any%, we can't get Mothwing Cloak and Shaman Stone, it make the route in this run and battle of BOSS become very hard, so I must put more practice in some difficult place to avoid be bumped by them in my full run.
This run has many mistakes, so I will try to improve it in near future, when I have free time to do it.
Here the main rule of this Speedrun Category:
Beat the game with 11% completion.
Videos must show completion percent at the end of the credits.
Percent Breakdown:
1%: Vengeful Spirit/复仇之魂
2%: Mantis Claw/螳螂爪
1%: Dream Nail/梦之钉
2%: Crystal Heart/水晶之心
1%: Watcher Knights/守望者骑士
1%: Uumuu/乌姆
1%: Lurien the Watcher/守望者卢瑞恩
1%: Monomon the Teacher/教师莫诺蒙
1%: Herrah the Beast/野兽赫拉
Other rules are similar to Any% NMG.
